1. Services & Healing Sessions

All energy healing services including but not limited to Reiki Crystalline Energy Activation, Chakra Balancing, and Animal Reiki are spiritual in nature. These sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, choices, and healing journey. Clients must be years older.

2. Reiki-Infused Products

All bracelets and other products infused with Reiki are designed as energetic tools. While crafted with intention and care using natural materials, they are not intended to replace medical advice, treatments or professional services. Energetic and metaphysical properties are based on traditional beliefs and personal experience.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session may be non-refundable or rescheduled at the discretional of Celestial Axis.

missed appointments without communication will not be refunded.

If the practitioner must cancel a session, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Refund Policy

• Healing Sessions: Due to the energetic preparation and time involved, all completed sessions are non-refundable.

• Digital Products: All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

• Bracelets & Physical Goods: Refunds are only issued for damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at CrystalReikiHealing22@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website- including text, logos, images, product descriptions, downloadable guides, and branding- is the intellectual property of Celestial Axis unless otherwise credited. Content may not be copied, redistributed, or used without prior written consent.
